Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 23, 2026
Version: us-2026-10b
This policy explains how Federico Picchianti ("we," "us," "our"), the provider of FP AI described in section 1 of our Privacy Policy, collects, uses and shares consumer health data through:
- FP AI, our AI relationship coach app;
- FP Dynamics, the AI assistant that answers direct messages (DMs) sent to our Instagram account (@fredpicchiantidynamics) and to our Facebook page.
It is written for the consumer health data laws of Washington (My Health My Data Act, RCW 19.373), Nevada (NRS 603A.400 to 603A.550) and Connecticut (Conn. Gen. Stat. sections 42-515 to 42-526). We apply it to everyone.
"Consumer health data" means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present or future physical or mental health status.
1. Consumer health data we collect and how we use it
We collect only the consumer health data that you choose to share with us, and what our systems derive from it:
- Mental and emotional health information, such as anxiety, panic attacks, trouble sleeping or eating, feeling hopeless, thoughts of hurting yourself, a mental health condition, or the professional you see.
- Physical, sexual and reproductive health information, such as an illness, a pregnancy, a sexual health concern or a medication.
- Safety information: the result of our safety check, which looks for signs that you may be in danger (for example suicide, self-harm or abuse), and whether we sent you the safety message with emergency numbers. Our systems derive it from your messages.
- What FP AI writes about it: in the FP AI app, the conversation summaries and My memory, where FP AI notes your situation. FP AI is instructed not to save crisis or mental health states in My memory.
We use it only to:
- provide what you asked for: FP AI's coaching and memory, and answers to your DMs from FP Dynamics or, sometimes, from a person on our team;
- keep you safe: detect a possible crisis, show you emergency resources, pause coaching and offers, and alert our team without sharing your messages;
- improve FP AI in one limited way: a reply you rate with a thumbs up may become a general coaching rule, written without names or personal details;
- keep our services secure and comply with the law.
FP Dynamics' replies may include an offer to try FP AI. FP Dynamics is set to make no offer in reply to a message that shows you're in distress, and no more offers in that DM conversation after a crisis.
AI models process consumer health data automatically to write replies, summaries and memory and to run the safety check. It is stored in our databases with Cloudflare and, for DMs, in HighLevel, our messaging platform. People on our team can access it only when needed for the purposes above, for example to answer your DMs by hand or to handle a request from you, and only under a duty of confidentiality [TO BE CONFIRMED: who on our team can access FP AI conversations and DMs, and their written confidentiality commitments].
We collect consumer health data only to provide the service you ask us for, or with your consent. In FP AI, we also ask for your explicit consent before your first conversation.
2. Where it comes from
- From you: what you write, say or show us in FP AI (messages, voice notes turned into text, screenshots and setup answers) and in DMs (messages and images).
- From our systems: the safety check result, the conversation summaries and My memory, which are derived from what you share.
We don't buy consumer health data or get it from other companies.
3. Consumer health data we share, and with whom
We share consumer health data with service providers (processors) that process it for us, under contracts that limit what they can do with it, and only as needed to provide FP AI or FP Dynamics, to keep you safe or to comply with the law:
- Cloud hosting and database (Cloudflare): stores it and turns voice notes into text.
- AI model providers (OpenRouter and Anthropic, other cloud providers that run the same Claude models if a request is rerouted, and OpenAI for backup transcription of voice notes): read it to write replies, summaries and memory and to run the safety check.
- Messaging platform for DMs (HighLevel): stores your DMs and sends FP Dynamics' replies.
- Team messaging tool (Slack): receives internal safety alerts, which say that an account or a DM conversation triggered the safety message or may belong to a minor. Alerts never include your messages.
- Backup storage: keeps copies of our databases for disaster recovery.
Cloudflare, the AI model providers, HighLevel and our backup storage receive the categories in section 1 that are part of your conversations or DMs. Slack receives only safety information.
We may also share consumer health data:
- with Meta, which runs Instagram and Facebook and carries the DMs between you and FP Dynamics, including our replies, under its own terms and privacy policy;
- with authorities, when the law requires it or when it's needed to protect someone's life or safety;
- with affiliates: [TO BE CONFIRMED: affiliates that receive consumer health data, if any, for example Federico Picchianti Consulting LLC, which holds our HighLevel account].
We never sell consumer health data.
4. Tracking across websites
FP AI and FP Dynamics don't use tools that let other companies collect your information over time and across websites.
Our website, fredpicchiantidynamics.com, uses advertising and analytics tools from Meta, Hyros and Kajabi that collect information about visits over time and across websites, as explained in section 3 of our Privacy Policy. We don't use them to collect consumer health data, and FP AI and FP Dynamics don't send them what you tell us. [TO BE CONFIRMED: that no HighLevel automation sends DM contacts or DM data to Meta or other advertising platforms.]
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Confirm and access: know whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, get a copy, and get the list of all third parties and affiliates we've shared it with, with an email address or online form to contact each of them.
- Withdraw consent and make us stop: withdraw your consent and ask us to stop collecting and sharing your consumer health data. In FP AI, this means deleting your account, because FP AI can't coach you without this information. In DMs, send "stop" as a message on its own: FP Dynamics stops answering you and stops sending your messages to our AI providers. It replies that it won't message you again, unless someone on our team wrote to you in the last 24 hours, or your messages also suggest you may be in danger or under 18 (then you get our safety message, or our message for minors, instead). If you don't get that reply, or if you prefer, email us with your Instagram or Facebook username, and we'll stop FP Dynamics by hand. Any DM you send us after that still reaches our inbox in HighLevel.
- Delete: ask us to delete your consumer health data.
- Review and correct: in FP AI, view and delete what FP AI remembers in My memory, or tell FP AI in the chat what to correct. You can also ask us by email.
How to make a request
- In the FP AI app, at any time: delete any conversation, delete what FP AI remembers in My memory, download your data or delete your account.
- By email, for anything else, including DMs: write to supporto@federicopicchianti.com. If you use FP AI, write from the email address on your account. For DMs, include your Instagram or Facebook username: to confirm that the request comes from you, we may ask you to send "stop" as a DM from the same account, which also stops FP Dynamics. You don't need to create an account.
Making a request costs you nothing. We answer without undue delay and within 45 days. If a request is complex, we may extend this once, by up to 45 more days, and we'll tell you why within the first 45 days.
When you ask us to delete consumer health data, we delete it from our databases and from HighLevel within 30 days after we confirm that the request comes from you. We also tell the service providers and any third parties that received it to delete it. Copies in our backups are deleted when those backups are overwritten, within [TO BE CONFIRMED: maximum backup retention, no more than six months].
Appeals
If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. Within 45 days of receiving your appeal, we'll tell you in writing what we did and why. If we deny your appeal, you can file a complaint with your state's attorney general:
We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
6. Changes to this policy
We'll post any change on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, we'll tell you by email or in the FP AI app before they take effect, when we can reach you there, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
