Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Version: us-2026-10b

FP AI is an AI relationship coach for women, built on the method of Federico ("Fred") Picchianti. This policy explains what information we collect through the FP AI app, our website and FP Dynamics, our assistant in Instagram and Facebook direct messages (DMs). It explains why we collect it, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have.

FP AI is an AI, not a person. It is a coaching service: it is not medical care, not mental health care and not counseling, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. FP Dynamics is an AI too. If you are in danger, go to our Safety page.

The short version

1. Who we are

FP AI is provided by Federico Picchianti ("we," "us," "our"), based in Italy. We decide why and how your information is processed: we are the "data controller."

This policy covers:

When you buy a subscription or join our email list, the platforms we use for checkout and memberships (Whop and Kajabi) also process your information, as described in section 6 and in their own privacy policies. Instagram and Facebook are run by Meta, which processes your DMs under its own terms and privacy policy.

2. Adults only

FP AI is only for adults 18 and over. Before your first conversation, you confirm that you're 18 or older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If our safety checks find that something you write in FP AI suggests you're under 18, FP AI stops coaching and the account is put on hold until our team reviews it (see our Safety page). If we confirm that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete its data. If you believe a minor is using FP AI, write to us at supporto@federicopicchianti.com.

FP Dynamics is also for adults only. If our safety check finds that someone who writes to FP Dynamics may be under 18, FP Dynamics sends a fixed message for minors and stops answering that conversation.

Companion chatbots may not be suitable for some minors.

3. What we collect

In the app: what you give us

In the app: what we receive from others

In the app: what is collected automatically

On our website

When you visit fredpicchiantidynamics.com, we and the companies that run the website's tools collect:

The website uses cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and your browser's local storage:

Meta Pixel. Each time a page loads, the pixel tells Meta that you visited it, with the page address, the page you came from, your IP address, your browser information and Meta's cookie identifiers. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show ads, including ads to people who visited our website. The pixel can also send Meta, in hashed form, an email address, name, phone number, city, ZIP code and country ("advanced matching"). For visitors who aren't signed in, these fields are empty. [TO BE CONFIRMED: whether the website fills them in for signed-in members.]

Hyros. Hyros records your visits, the page you came from, the identifiers of ads you clicked (for example on Meta, Google or TikTok) and Meta's browser identifier. It may also record the email address, name and phone number you enter on the website. It uses cookies and your browser's local storage. We use it to see which ads bring visitors, sign-ups and purchases.

Fonts and code. The website loads fonts and code from Google Fonts, Font Awesome, jsDelivr and RudderStack, the analytics tool Kajabi uses, and, on some older browsers, from polyfill-fastly.io. These services receive your IP address and browser information.

The FP AI app and FP Dynamics don't use these advertising tools, and these tools never receive your FP AI conversations or memory.

In DMs with FP Dynamics

When you send a DM to our Instagram account or Facebook page, Meta delivers it to HighLevel, the platform we use to manage our messages, and FP Dynamics reads it there. We collect:

FP Dynamics and the FP AI app are separate. FP AI doesn't receive your DMs, and FP Dynamics doesn't see your FP AI conversations.

4. Sensitive information and your explicit consent

Coaching about your love life means you may share sensitive information, such as:

We treat everything you share in FP AI as sensitive. Before your first conversation, we ask for your explicit consent to process it for the purposes in this policy, separately from your acceptance of the Terms. We record when you gave it and which version of this policy you saw.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account in the app, or by emailing us. FP AI can't coach you without this information, so withdrawing consent means we close your account and delete your data. Withdrawing doesn't affect what we did before.

In DMs, you decide what to share: FP Dynamics only needs his name and what happened. We treat what you share in DMs as sensitive too.

We use sensitive information only to provide FP AI and FP Dynamics to you, to keep you safe and to comply with the law. We never sell it, and we never use or share it for advertising.

Some of this information may be "consumer health data" under some state laws. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

You never have to share more than you're comfortable with. FP AI works even without real names.

5. How we use your information

In the FP AI app

On our website

In DMs with FP Dynamics

We don't collect, use or sell personal information to train large language models or other AI models. What our AI providers may keep or use is covered in section 6.

We don't make final decisions about you based only on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. The safety check is automated: it decides whether to show you emergency resources and whether to put on hold an account that may belong to someone under 18. A hold only pauses coaching until a person on our team reviews the account. Only a person can lift the hold or close the account, and you can ask for that review by writing to us.

In DMs, the safety check also decides automatically whether FP Dynamics sends the safety message, or the message for minors and then stops answering. If you think this was a mistake, write to us.

Who can see your conversations

Your conversations and My memory are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) in a form FP AI can read. They are not end-to-end encrypted. We don't read your conversations as a routine part of running FP AI. Only the people who run FP AI [TO BE CONFIRMED: who has access] can access stored conversations, under confidentiality, and only when needed to answer a request from you, fix a technical problem, look into a safety or security issue, or comply with the law.

Your DMs are stored in HighLevel and in FP Dynamics' database with Cloudflare, in a form our systems can read. The people on our team who manage our Instagram and Facebook messages can read your DMs [TO BE CONFIRMED: who has access to DMs], and may answer by hand. When a person answers, FP Dynamics pauses that conversation for 24 hours.

Internal alerts

When the safety message is shown, when an account is put on hold because its user may be under 18, or when you give a reply a thumbs down, the app may send our team an internal alert through our messaging tool (Slack). The alert says which account it's about (usually by email address) and what kind of alert it is. It never includes your messages.

When FP Dynamics sends the safety message or the message for minors, it may also send our team an internal alert through Slack. The alert identifies the conversation by an internal contact number and says what kind of alert it is. It never includes your messages.

6. Who we share it with

We share information with service providers that help us run FP AI, our website and FP Dynamics. Under their contracts with us, they may use it only to provide their service to us, and each one receives only what it needs. Meta and the payment platforms also use some information for their own purposes, under their own terms, as described below.

[TO BE CONFIRMED before publishing: how long our AI providers keep request data and whether they may use it to improve their models, based on the settings of our OpenRouter account.]

We may also share information:

We never sell what you tell FP AI or FP Dynamics (your conversations, memory, screenshots, voice notes and DMs), and we never use or share it for advertising. [TO BE CONFIRMED: that no HighLevel automation sends DM contacts or DM data to Meta or other advertising platforms.] Our website's advertising tools are different: under some state laws, the Meta Pixel and Hyros may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or as "targeted advertising." Section 10 explains how to opt out. If we add or change a provider that receives your conversations, we'll update this policy first.

7. Where your information is processed

We are based in Italy. Our providers process your information mainly in the United States, and some of them (such as Cloudflare) in other countries too. The primary location of our database is in North America [TO BE CONFIRMED]. When information moves between countries, we rely on our providers' contractual commitments and on legal transfer tools (see section 13).

8. Information about other people

Telling FP AI or FP Dynamics your story usually means talking about someone else: an ex, a partner, a date, his friends or family. You may also send screenshots of his messages.

9. How long we keep it

Deleting your FP AI account does not delete your records at Whop or Kajabi, our billing records or your DMs. To ask for those to be deleted where the law allows, email us.

10. Your choices and rights

In the app, at any time

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately from Manage my subscription (see the Terms), or you may keep being charged.

In DMs

On our website

By email

Write to supporto@federicopicchianti.com to:

To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm your request from the email address on your account. We answer within one month; for complex requests we may need up to two more months, and we'll tell you if so. Using your rights is free, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. We'll respond to your appeal within [TO BE CONFIRMED: 45] days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the attorney general of your state, or a data protection authority (section 13).

Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and opting out

Our website doesn't respond to Do Not Track signals or to Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals: the tools described in section 3 load even if your browser sends them. Meta and Hyros may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our website.

The FP AI app and FP Dynamics don't use advertising or cross-site tracking tools, so there is nothing for these signals to turn off there.

To opt out of targeted advertising, and of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information through our website, email us. [TO BE CONFIRMED: how we apply this opt-out to the website's tools.] You can also use the browser and Meta settings above.

11. Notices for US states

Consumer health data (Washington, Nevada, Connecticut and other states)

Some of what you share with FP AI or FP Dynamics, such as information about your emotional or mental well-being, may be "consumer health data" under laws like Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who receives it and how to use your rights.

California

In the FP AI app and in DMs, we don't sell or share personal information, as California law uses those words. On our website, the Meta Pixel and Hyros may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as a "sale": you can opt out as described in section 10. We use sensitive personal information only as needed to provide the coaching you ask for, to answer your DMs and to keep FP AI and FP Dynamics safe and secure. We don't give personal information to other companies for their own direct marketing.

Nevada

We don't sell covered information as defined by Nevada law.

Other states

Depending on where you live (for example Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Virginia and other states), the law may give you the right to access, correct, delete and receive a copy of your data, to opt out of targeted advertising, sales and certain profiling, and to appeal our decisions. We give these rights to everyone, wherever you live, as described in section 10. Under these laws, our website's advertising tools (section 3) may count as processing for targeted advertising.

12. How we protect your information

No system is completely secure. Your conversations are not end-to-end encrypted, because FP AI needs to read them. Protect your email account: it is the key to your FP AI account. If a data breach affects your information, we'll notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

13. EU data protection law (GDPR)

Because we are based in Italy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to how we handle your information, wherever you live. If you are in the United Kingdom, the UK version of the GDPR may also apply. This section gives the information those laws require.

14. Changes to this policy

We'll post updates on this page with a new date. For important changes, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect, when we can reach you there, and ask for your consent again when the law requires it.
